28 January, 2008 by halfpintpixie

It’s my first time joining in the massive Bloggy Giveaway!

In the spirit of my new decluttering self, I have rounded up some bits & bobs from around the house to make up a delightful lactivist mini-pack comprising:

* A beautiful breastfeeding mum & baby fridge magnet (handmade in Brazil for Baby Milk Action)

* A “Mummy milk is better than milk from just any old cow” postcard

* An “I am a breastfed baby, please do not feed me formula” postcard (perfect for a newborn’s hospital crib!)

* A “Babies love boobies” sticker

* A “Breastmilk only, no udder milk will do” badge

All wrapped up in…

* A fair-trade organic cotton shopping bag with “Mummy Milk Rocks” on both sides.

  9. on 28 January, 2008 at 8:13 pm Kat

I love how you are so outspoken about breastfeeding. Consider me entered :)

I’ve always wondered is your family as supportive or long term breastfeeding? I can take criticism from anywhere but when my dad and father in law tell me that my daughter is too big for that, it breaks my heart. (she’s 17 months old)

  10. on 28 January, 2008 at 8:31 pm halfpintpixie

Kat, they’re supportive of littlepixie breastfeeding, but I have heard comments about other people long term breastfeeding! They know it’s not worth getting into a discussion about though, I’d win :)

Good to see all the entries, keep them coming!!
