It’s National Delurking week in the blogosphere, although Angela over at Breastfeeding 123 has dubbed it International Delurking week in my honour, thank you kindly Angela
And because I am such a fan of the Loch Ness monster, I will showcase Paper Napkin’s Lurkness Monster once more… love it!

Anyhoo, you pretty much all know who I am by now, a sorta-hippyish, vegan, breastfeeding, cosleeping, Irish mammy with delusions of grandeur and a penchant for travelling and science fiction conventions. I’m a born hoarder who loves decluttering and I love crafting stuff for my very tolerant daughter!
WordPress doesn’t do very good feed stats, so I have very little clue how many of you are out there reading my ramblings. I have a reasonably healthy hit count so I know there are a few of you anyway (unless that’s just the same 5 or 6 people clicking lots each day to boost my self esteem, if that’s it then thanks guys, it’s working!).
I love to find out who is reading my ramblings. Perhaps you popped by once during a great Bloggy Giveaway and decided to hang around, maybe you were part of VeganMoFo and I snuck onto your feed reader that way. Perchance you are another of us vegan mammies who will eventually take over the world, there are more of us than one would imagine! Or maybe you’re not sure who I am, but Google plonked you here after a random search!
So, I invite you to delurk for a moment and leave a comment, it doesn’t have to be anything amazing, just a little “hello”!
Or you can delurk and leave a comment linking to your own blog, I love reading blogs and we all probably have so much in common, so feel free to do that!
Or you can delurk and share a song, a story, a whimsical tale of walking to school in your bare feet in the snow, any old tale will do!
Or you can use this comment I have pre-written for you… (just copy & paste) “Hello HPP, you are splendiferously wonderful”, I won’t mind
Go on, delurk and be happy

Okay, I’ll bite!
I’m a relatively new, relatively occasional reader. You pop up on my tag surfing a lot. I like your blog. I’m into the breastfeeding and supportive of the co-sleeping. I eat animals though, and so does my baby. I suppose since I do babywearing and take my family to the chiropractor and the naturopath folk might think I’m hippyish. Not though, really. I’m more of a SAHF (stay at home feminist).
I’m here, I’m here! Regular reader and far too infrequent commenter. Love your blog!
Hello! I’m here, but I rarely come to the blog directly as I tend to read it in Google Reader. I probably don’t appear as a ‘hit’ count all that often, but I read most (apart from the TMI-stuff) of what you write.
You crack me up! Hello HPP, you are splendiferously wonderful! So true
Hey ya…I come here often and I feel that there is so much we have in common even though we live on the other side of the world from each other.
I’m not a Vegan but feel that over time as we get our property under control and I get my husband back full time we will be heading closer to that idea.
I love your suport too
Thank you
Love

Hi There!
I have been following your blog since it came up in my search for Felt Food! (You are way faster than me at making it, though!)
Really enjoying the Edu-tainment, Keep up the good work!
Hello! I just recently came across your blog so I’m a new reader but so far I very much enjoy it
I’ll delurk to say hi! I’m subscribed to your blog, though I rarely click over to comment.
I’ll wave to you from this corner. Hello there
Hi! Brand-new visitor here, since you just visited my blog and resisted the urge to lurk, I thought I’d repay the favor. =)
I think I’ve seen your “name” in several of the blogs I check, though, so I’m sure we “know” some of the same people. And I am with you on all that hippie stuff! I had a vegan diet for quite a while, until I got pregnant and all heck broke loose…still stay away from animal products quite a bit, as they tend to make me feel sick…and 100% on the nursing/cosleeping/babywearing side of the fence.
Nice to meet you!
I’ll delurk in honor of an international delurking week. I don’t remember how I first stumbled upon your blog, but I’ve been reading it for quite awhile now and love reading about your life.
hi hpp, been reading since…. i don’t know when, and am happy to de-lurk as instructed!
I’m still reading, just been a while since I commented
@Hurrah, thank you all for delurking, I love to see new (and old) names appearing on comments when I get up in the morning!
@Owen, old college buddies are always excused from reading the TMI stuff
I’m sure I’ve commented before but I can’t remember now! I’m a single mother to 2 boys (5 and 18 months) and I believe I found your blog during VeganMoFo.
hi miss, i still read you most days. i am in lurrrve with your felt food and just have to get up the courage to acquire some felt and start making!
Hi there, I think I’ve been enjoying lurking on your blog for about a year now, though I rarely coment. I think I came to it by way of a vegan search on a blog catolog.
Our daughters sound like they are about the same age (My DD is almost 2.5) so its cool to read about someone going through the same phases. I also love your descriptions of the Galway area. I live in Michigan, U.S. but I spent time in Galway and the surrounding area about 14 years ago and it brings back fond memories. Anyway, keep up the good work!
BTW, you inspired me to create my own felt food. I made a carrot the other day but our cat tore it to shreds before my DD did much with it!
hello! i came across your blog during veganmofo and i really enjoy reading your posts. i think a lot of it is because i like hearing about ireland and hearing your irish ‘accent’ come through in words like mammy, buggy, and ‘your good self’
i lived in ireland a few years ago and love the place. so! hello
Howdy
I read your feed. I think I originally found you because of veganmofo and really loved your cookbook posts. I, too, have a big collection. And a few of them haven’t been opened. I renewed my veg*n (mostly vegan) vows a few months ago so use you as inspiration
Yes, you may bow. Rock on!
Do I need to say I’m here and love you so much
Unintentional lurker coming out of the woodwork . . . though I think I’ve commented on your blog before, I admit i don’t comment on any of the blogs I frequent as often as I should. As a fellow blogger (and fellow breastfeeder, and cosleeper, though occasional animal product-eater), I know how much comments are appreciated. I’m making “more comments” one of my New Year’s resolutions!
Hi Mama! I’m here, and regrettably, mostly as a lurker. I found you via API Speaks and always thoroughly enjoy your entries which I read via email. Keep up the great work, mama! Lots of us are listening.
I’m a regular reader, another vegan mama working on taking over the world.
I just always seem to read a few days behind and so don’t comment much. Your blog is one of my favorites!
Hello HPP, you are splendiferously wonderful! I found your blog through the blogroll of somewhere… I think it was Organically Inclined. I used to pop over here all the time, but since I found Google Reader, I’ve become somewhat lazy. Hope you have a happy new year!
Belated delurker here. Love the blog, read it as often as i can. love the way u live, keep blogging
Aww thanks for delurking everyone…
@Carla *wave* ’tis good to see you here, I’m all shy now
