To steal the blurb from my little “Who am I?” widget, I’m a vegan, breastfeeding, babywearing, co-sleeping, kinda-hippie, stay-at-home mammy with my feet in Ireland and my head in the clouds.
Lately I’ve been floating around the blogosphere doing a few guest posts here and there, I’m a Contributing Editor over at Attachment Parenting International’s API Speaks and you can also read my ponderings on vegan parenting at Happycow’s The Veggie Blog.
Myself and Mr. HPP have one daughter, who you all know as Littlepixie. She was born in November 2006 and is a happy little toddler. She loves her milkies and very generously nurses at the computer so I can get some time on the interwebs in between trips to the playground, the grocery store, the pirate ship, the washing line and, weather permitting, the beach.
Myself and Mr. HPP love to travel and as soon as Littlepixie can carry a backpack we’ll be off on a big family adventure on the Trans-Siberian train to China. In the meantime we are happy taking it easy!
I can be found lurking and occasionally posting on several parenting and/or vegan forums, mostly Babywearing Ireland, Magicmum, Rollercoaster, Vegan Freaks, Post Punk Kitchen, VegFamily and MDC (Mothering.com). And when I’m in need of a sling-fix, I wander over to The Babywearer although I’ve never delurked there!
Enjoy your visit, feel free to leave as many comments as you want, I love to find out who’s reading my ramblings!
